As April is over, I wanted to make a quick post on some of my favourite products this month! I can't believe how quickly this month has gone, I feel like it was just yesterday when I was writing my March Favourites. I have made a video talking about the same products mentioned, so if you would rather listen to me ramble, scroll down to the bottom and hit play on the video! Let me know if these are some of your favourite products as well.
I know I mentioned NARS Albatross from this palette, but I have to mention the entire palette this month. For £35, this palette really is a bargain in terms of NARS. The palette comes with three blushes, a bronzer, a highlighter and a lipgloss. Unfortunately I haven't had much use out of the lipgloss, but everything else I have been gushing over. Entourage is my favourite blush, it is just a beautiful staple colour for your cheeks. It is a beautiful rosy matte colour which goes with every look under the sun. This blush to me, is the colour that you want your cheeks to look but never know what it would look like in the pan! I am going to do a full review on this product because I love it so much! NARS Albatross and Laguna have already had their praises sung by enough people, but I can definitely say that I am a fan! The packaging was perfect for me on my weekend trip to Berlin, it had 3 staple parts of my makeup look in one box and has a fantastic mirror.
MAC Lipstick Faux
I picked this up in the airport at the end of March and I have been obsessed with it ever since. It is the perfect pinky nude colour that goes with just about any look. I love the texture of it, it is really pigmented yet super comfortable on the lips. I think my favourite way to use it is with a dramatic eye, as it doesn't draw too much attention from the eyes yet not over the top and still looking gorgeous.
Urban Decay Naked 2 Palette
I know this is a bit of a classic, but I've been reaching to this palette a lot this month. You can get pretty much any colour look you want from this palette. I love how the shadows blend so easily, they're so pigmented and the range of colour choice is just fab. If you want to see a look I created with it, click and watch my youtube video!
Nivea Happy Time Shower Cream
Okay, so this is technically an all time favourite for me but I really wanted to mention it anyway. I have been using this shower cream for at least the past four years, I honestly don't remember when I started using it. I am not a fan of typical shower gel, as it leaves my skin feeling itchy and slightly dry. So shower cream is the best of both worlds for me. It leaves my skin feeling soft and with a slight sweet but tangy orange smell to my skin. I love all of the Nivea shower creams (I have been through a few!) but I always go back to Happy Time.
Thank you for reading and I would love to hear what your April Favourites were!
Lots of G Love xxx
